Due to the nature of our products as personal care items, if you return items you will be considered for a credit (excluding postage costs) to use on our website. If the items are returned unused within 2 weeks of purchase. Little Button Essentials reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
If you wish to exchange items, we ask that you include a Reply Paid satchel with your returns. We will ship your new items on receiving the returns.
For returns purchased through Afterpay, we offer a store credit in the form of a Little Button Essentials Coupon. Your personal agreement with Afterpay still stands, including any scheduled repayments. The store credit will be deposited for the total value of the item(s) returned. Damaged or Faulty Goods
All care is taken by Little Button Essentials to package items securely to reduce the chance of damage in transit. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchases.
To ensure the quality of our products are maintained at the highest level and all problems with quality are resolved, we ask you to return the faulty product in a Reply Paid post bag that we will send to you with your exchange items.
For refunds on faulty products, we ask that the item is returned, before we process the refund payment.
